Q: I spent a lot of money downloading music from itunes to my old iphone 3g phone. I now have an infuse phone. How can i download the infusemusic i bought from itunes to my infuse phone without re-buying all the songs again.
You can't. iTunes only allows you to download files you buy once. The only thing you can do is transfer the music from your old iPhone onto your computer, convert the files to MP3 (only Apple devices will play M4P), and then transfer them to your infuse.

You’ll note that that’s still several hundred dollars more than what Joe Smoe would have to pay, right off the street, if he doesn’t already have an AT&T account.
And what does “early upgrade” mean? Or “most cases”? The joys of dealing with AT&T!
My recommendation would be to call AT&T yourself to see what you’re looking at.
